O3: Hollow Descent is an atmospheric top-down shooter that blends intense bullet-hell combat with rogue-like progression, set within a surreal alien world inspired by the works of H.R. Giger and Zdzisław Beksiński.

Players control a lone astronaut descending into a hostile exoplanet, navigating procedurally shifting rooms filled with biomechanical horrors and relentless enemy patterns. Precision movement, tactical positioning, and sharp reflexes are essential to survive the escalating chaos.

About the Developer

Simy is a professional artist and solo game developer, originally from Romania and currently living in Italy, where he founded Ta2 Games Studio.

After years working in the creative industry, he chose to merge his passion for art and video games into the development of O3: Hollow Descent, a dark sci-fi roguelike shooter built around atmosphere, tension, and handcrafted detail.

Deeply inspired by the surreal worlds of H.R. Giger and Zdzisław Beksiński, Simy approaches game development through an artist’s lens. Every environment, asset, and visual element is carefully crafted to create an immersive descent into an alien, unsettling world.

As a solo developer, he personally handles the art direction, 3D modeling, design, and implementation, collaborating with selected composers and voice actors to complete the experience.

With O3: Hollow Descent, Simy aims to deliver a visually striking, skill-driven experience that reflects his dedication to independent game development and his lifelong connection to art.
